Public Prosecutors

The Public Prosecutors are based at the Attorney General's Chambers at National House. They have rights of audience before the Magistrates' Courts to prosecute criminal matters on behalf of the State.

There are no pre-requisites to becoming a Public Prosecutor. Although one must be proficient in English and of good standing.
